In case you’re wondering if you can upgrade your cell phone regardless of how long you have remaining in your contract…well, when you shop at Amazon Wireless, they will work with your existing carrier before completion of the order processing to make sure you are eligible for an upgrade. Usually, to be eligible for an upgrade (with most carriers), you have to be within a certain “window” which is typically around 22 months into a 24 month contract.
