Kids Digital Camera - VTech Kidizoom Camera

I bought this VTech Kidizoom Digital Camera for my daughter last year for the holidays and to this day she still loves it! It was truly a great purchase. It has many great features, one of the most important being its durability – it really is kid-tough and easy for kids to grip and hold! Not only is it a digital camera for kids, but it will also take video and it has built-in games, too.

What I was most impressed by when my daughter first got this camera was its ease of use. She figured out how to use all of its capabilities (camera, video, photo editing and games) without a problem - or help!

Both of my daughters, now 4 and 5, use it often and they have a lot of fun with it.  There’s built in photo editing that allows you to have a lot of fun with the pictures, both while taking them and after.  The camera can be connected to a TV to view the photos and videos taken, or even play games on the TV screen.

The Kidizoom kids camera has 256MB of built-in memory and it also allows you to expand the camera’s memory with a Secure Digital (SD) card (up to 2GB) but its not included with the camera.  The latest Kidizoom has a feature that allows you to enlarge photos to 2 megapixels, which is a great feature because the older version’s picture quality was pretty poor, yet this fact never seemed to matter to my kids at all.

I recently bought my daughter the new VTech V.Reader and it, too is great.  VTech is, in my opinion, constantly providing consumers with great products for kids and it's a brand that I feel I can really trust and count on.
